At FWD, we are expanding our team of dedicated professionals and looking for driven individuals to fill the role of Financial Wealth Planners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering personalized insurance and investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. As a Financial Wealth Planner, you will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting clients, creating life insurance proposals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities
  • Prepare customized life insurance proposals that meet clients' needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Participate in ongoing sales and financial management training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • College degree or higher preferred; recent graduates and students welcome
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience; prior insurance industry experience not required
  • Sales experience a plus but not necessary; willingness to undergo training and licensure exam a must
  • Stable internet connection and reliable device (iPad, smartphone, or Android tablet) required
  • Preferrable residing in NCR and CALABARZON for contingency purposes
