This role is ideal for individuals with 3+ years in IT services, experience managing technical support operations, project financial management, process optimization, and client interface skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Ecosystem, automation tools, documentation, and metrics & reporting is also required. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and cultural fit.

About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all technical team activities, optimizing our Thread AI automation system, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery. They will work closely with executive leadership to remove tactical coordination from their plate.
