About the Role:

This position involves leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to uncover user behaviors and content trends.
  • Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, reporting tools, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize content performance.
  • Contribute to the architecture and integrity of our data warehouse.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data science with a strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data manipulation.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and Agile workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
