As a skilled Professional in Workforce Management Planning, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive seamless and personalized customer service. You will play a key role in analyzing and comparing historical data to prepare accurate staffing reports.

You will also be tasked with forecasting future needs, managing agent staffing, and implementing scheduling processes to ensure the highest level of service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6 months or more experience in data analysis
  • Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting
