Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to provide insightful financial reports for review.
- Bank Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
