We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to manage our financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
- Record and categorize expenses, income, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare financial documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with payroll processing and tax reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Certification in QuickBooks (preferred but not required).
