Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities through expert data analysis and visualization.

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client services teams to provide actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions
  • Determine the most effective methods for data analysis and implement robust solutions to support key business processes
  • Design and develop datasets and dashboards that facilitate efficient decision making, forecasting, and quarterly business planning
  • Utilize data to identify valuable insights and hypotheses, testing ideas to drive business growth
  • Develop and prioritize insights that align with organizational objectives
  • Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, reporting on results and recommending next steps
  • Create self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide training and support for crew members in using dashboards and self-service analytics when needed
  • Discover, analyze, and communicate critical user behavioral data to support company growth
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets
  • Proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, and visualization using SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or other technologies
  • Experience with Enterprise Digital Analytics, such as Snowplow, GA4
  • Expertise in modern data warehousing solutions, including BigQuery
  • Excellent team player qualities, including collaboration, respect, and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies
  • Passion for data and drive to effectively communicate findings
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and expertise
