Business Insights Analyst

As a skilled Business Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational decisions and enhancing client recommendations through actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business processes to identify opportunities for improvement via data-driven analytics
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to develop strategic business insights
  • Design and analyze experiments to uncover drivers of performance and identify patterns
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and automated monitoring systems using BI tools
  • Collaborate with program managers to translate findings into actionable operational insights
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages
  • Applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets, with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Preferred Skills:
  • SQL: Highly proficient in querying, manipulating, and managing relational databases
  • Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical concepts (probability, regression analysis, hypothesis testing)
  • Database and Data Warehousing: Knowledge of database systems and concepts like data warehousing and ETL processes
