- Utilize the property maintenance program based on best practices, emphasizing predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Recommend improvements on equipment operations and recommend programs to decrease costs and increase service levels.
- Main tain and repair maintenance shop equipment and ensure proper usage of materials and supplies.
- Perform regular area and equipment inspections and coordinate with the Manager, Mechanical after every maintenance activity.
- Actively participate in regular meetings and raise concerns on skills gap, tools, and equipment.
- Main tain safety records and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
