Cloud Data Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will design and implement logical and physical data models for cloud and hybrid data warehouse environments.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing data architectures to support various data formats and structures.
  • Implementing full life-cycle data warehouse implementations.
  • Providing expertise in data integration processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud architecture and experience with data modeling technologies like ER/Studio or similar.

The following technical skills are required:

  • Python scripting.
  • SQL, PySpark.
  • General Cloud Architecture competency skillset - capable of building out data pipelines.

Azure technology experience is an asset, as is proficiency in API creation. Additionally, experience creating strategies to migrate customers from on-premise environments to Azure is preferred.
