Job Opportunity

The Call Center Trainer role involves delivering high-quality training sessions, collaborating with colleagues and identifying training needs to develop plans aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct effective training sessions and provide coaching and feedback to trainees.
  • Work collaboratively with co-trainers, managers and other leaders to ensure standards are met.
  • Identify training requirements and create plans to address these based on business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and develop an action plan for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports to track progress.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in training or managing a team.
  • Strong teaching skills and fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, organizational and management skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and multitask effectively.
  • Experience with instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  • Commitment to adhering to company values, mission statement and goals.
