High-Quality Engineer Position

We are seeking a top-notch engineer to lead the design and architecture of impactful open-source projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple programming languages, including Golang, Rust, Python, C/C++, or Typescript/React.

This role requires collaboration with globally distributed teams, mentoring and developing colleagues, and demonstrating technical leadership skills. Key responsibilities include:

Essential Qualifications
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or alternative path narrative
  • Drive and above-and-beyond expectations track record
  • Technical leadership and team motivation
  • Deep experience with Go, Rust, Python, or C
  • Conscientiousness and detail orientation with performance focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability

  • Container technologies such as LXD, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Highly concurrent, distributed systems
  • Performance engineering – benchmarks, optimization
