Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project management, documentation, and collaboration across various departments. They will also contribute to the automation of manual processes, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Assess project feasibility, develop plans, execute projects, resolve roadblocks, and maintain documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, team members, and stakeholders to design solutions and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Automation: Design and develop software solutions, serve as a technical resource, determine suitable software applications, manage automation projects, gather business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and prototype solutions.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, root causes, and measure impact, create dashboards to measure acquisition funnels and onboarding initiatives, analyze data to develop data-driven solutions and improvements in ops processes.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, analyze performance metrics, apply data insights to develop strategies, implement changes, and track their effectiveness.
