Remote Podcast Marketing Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to collaborate with our team in implementing a preset podcast marketing strategy from client onboarding to completion.

  • Transcribe podcast episodes and compile transcripts into Word documents.
  • Create engaging and accurate podcast descriptions that align with the client's brand and message.
  • Upload podcast episodes to the client's distribution platform, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Write and publish blog posts related to podcast content, utilizing SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Post videos to the client's YouTube channel, optimizing for maximum reach and impact.

The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of podcast production, including pre-production, production, post-production, and marketing. They should also have proven experience in posting podcast episodes across various platforms and comprehensive YouTube experience.

Additionally, they should possess strong blog writing and posting skills, proficiency in using content management tools, and familiarity with project management software.

A stable and high-speed internet connection capable of handling frequent uploads and downloads of large audio and video files is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the account manager to implement a preset podcast marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication of podcast episodes and blog posts.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when transcribing and compiling podcast transcripts.
  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing podcast artwork and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content.
