Job Overview

This is a challenging role where you will be working with real estate video presentations using advanced editing techniques to showcase properties in the best possible light.

Responsibilities
  • Edit high-quality real estate videos using Final Cut Pro, combining ground footage and drone shots to create visually appealing content.
  • Develop cohesive visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Deliver timely and efficient results, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining consistent visual quality.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources, ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.
Qualifications
  • Advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  • Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Familiarity with exporting and optimizing video content specifically for social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate clearly with team members.
  • Access to a fast Mac editing setup and a reliable internet connection.
