Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Director General and other members of the team.
  • Coordinating departmental activities and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Managing and maintaining records and files in accordance with ADB's policies and procedures.
  • Screening phone calls and responding to queries professionally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
