Service Excellence Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive service excellence and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. As a Service Excellence Leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients, managing teams and workflows to meet or exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with experience in outsourcing and BPO industries. They must be able to communicate effectively with clients and teams, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- LMA (Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable): Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable for delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Client Onboarding & Communication: Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions into virtual workspaces.
- Service Delivery and Workflow Management: Ensure the delivery of services meets or exceeds client expectations, focusing on efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in outsourcing, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), or similar industry is preferred.
