Job Overview

Project Management:

  • Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows.
  • Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins with editors.
  • Ensure timely content delivery, proactively addressing delays with solutions.
  • Use AI tools and agents to improve processes and workflow.
  • Serve as the main point of contact to align content tasks with business objectives.
  • Track content targets, provide bi-weekly reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage team PTO schedules and implement contingency plans to maintain content production.
