  • Analyze current and past financial data, such as financial reports, and provide strategies to optimize costs and enhance revenue.
  • Prepare the business development budget and track expenses to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lessors, negotiating renewal terms, rent-free periods, and rent concessions.
  • Create and execute Renewal Contracts, Contract Amendments, Mutual Releases, Quitclaims, and Waivers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to perform field work.
