Short-Term Rental Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a skilled Short-Term Rental Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic team. This vital role is responsible for ensuring seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to guest inquiries and communications.
  • Answer guest phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Effectively resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.
  • Update reservations accurately for proper accounting.
  • Liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve channel-specific issues.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with OTA booking channels, including Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.
  • Guesty (or similar short-term rental property management systems).
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google sheets, Google docs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
