In this challenging role, you will provide technical support to various teams, focusing on budget management, data analysis, and staff consultant recruitment. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities and RequirementsYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational, technical, and administrative support to PSOD's Human Resource and Budget Team.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support multiple work areas and achieve team goals.
- Supporting the team on process improvement programs, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
- Providing logistical support in office space management, including managing room and seating arrangements, coordinating office movements, retrofitting, and installations.
- Coordinating learning and development activities, managing files and confidential information, and performing other tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Understanding of private sector operations and their implications for regional development.
- Experience in managing budgets and navigating financial systems.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software and other business tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
