About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to join our team as a Strategic Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify business drivers and goals, develop compelling proposals, and create value-driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges, and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Analyze client requirements and design detailed specifications.
  • Create future-ready architecture plans to enhance enterprise capabilities.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in data analytics and platform expertise.
  • Experience in cloud platforms, particularly storage and database services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Japanese language (JLPT certification a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a client-dictated schedule.
  • JLPT certification.

Salary Range:$120,000-$150,000 per year
