Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and effective training content, ensuring it meets the required standards. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate changes and communicate project requirements to the team.
  2. Implement Training Solutions: Deliver train-the-trainer sessions, identify necessary resources for training delivery, and confirm technology and facility readiness with the training delivery owner.
  3. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess training outcomes using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, reviewing results, lessons learned, and implementation issues logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ADDIE and SAM instructional design processes, Bloom's Taxonomy, and other relevant models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in writing training materials and developing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation and classroom management skills (desired but not essential).
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, and other learning theories.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to drive collaborative solutions.
  • Strong interest in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting high-quality standards.
  • Ability to develop required materials according to project specifications (classroom, virtual, or self-paced training). Evaluate training success using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer or technical support services or business process outsourcing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of two years' experience in learning and development, focusing on training curriculum design, development, and delivery.
