CONTENT SPECIALISTCompany ProfileKodeGo is a Philippine-based coding bootcamp under Globe's corporate startup incubator917Ventures, which equips students with critical and highly-sought after IT skills while offering job placement support.Job BriefWe at KodeGo are currently hiring a Content Specialist who will help create engaging copies for a variety of digital channels such as Facebook/Meta, Blogs, Email Newsletters and/or Landing Pages.Main Responsibilities of a Content SpecialistYour responsibilities will include:● Produce well-researched content for publication online● Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects withindeadlines● Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspireideas and content● Communicate and cooperate with the marketing and design team's requirements● Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the contentproduction team to ensure timely delivery of materials● Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing,videos, advertisements (online and offline) and blogs● Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offersuggestions for improvement● Manage the creation and posting of contents and assets throughout KodeGo's socialmedia accounts.● Discover and define KPIs that would track performance and success of each ofKodeGo's social media channels.Requirements● Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or Advertising or anyrelated field● Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio● Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends inslang and expressions● Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision● Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues,and management● Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously● Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication● Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting asnecessary● Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs andMicrosoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint● Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products,and services● Has a strong experience in creating content for social media, newsletters and blogs.● Has a strong experience in writing copies for digital advertisements (primarilyFacebook Ads).● 1-2 years of experience/familiarity with Search Engine OptimizationNice to Haves:● GA4/UA experience is a plus● Have worked in a digital marketing agency before is preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
