About the Role

As a Microservices Engineer, you will join our team to build and maintain reliable, fault-tolerant applications and services.

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong academic track record, proficiency in Python and/or Go, and experience with relational and non-relational database systems.

This is a general selection track for teams that focus on back-end REST API microservices engineering. You will design APIs and software architecture, write high-quality code, and collaborate with a globally distributed team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for scalability, performance, resilience, and DevOps practices. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable microservices architectures
  • Write high-quality, well-designed, and robust software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and fixes
  • Debug issues and produce high-quality solutions
  • Contribute to technical documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Go
  • Experience with relational and non-relational database systems
  • Continuous integration and continuous delivery experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
