Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Assistant

This role focuses on supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate data to drive business growth. You will be working in a team environment where you'll collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publish and update website content using WordPress/CMS platforms, adhering to SEO best practices for titles tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
  • Coordinate content calendars through Asana project management tool and execute on-page SEO basics.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM workflows, connect with other tools via Zapier integrations, and maintain list/segment hygiene within HubSpot.
  • Run and maintain SEO/keyword performance reporting using SEMrush, publishing workflows and producing/update dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor key metrics, flag anomalies, and share insights with the team.
  • Update campaign details, assets, and tracking links.
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines in Asana and communicate updates via Slack.
  • Support documentation and SOPs in Confluence knowledge base.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot admin/basics and WordPress/CMS publishing.
  • SEMrush experience for SEO reporting and publishing workflows.
  • Ability to build/maintain automations in Zapier (connecting CRMs and marketing tools).
  • Google Analytics and Looker Studio/Data Studio for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical skills: HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, Zapier, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Asana, Slack, Confluence, Loom, solid SEO fundamentals, basic HTML/CSS.
  • Operational skills: meticulous QA, documentation, organization, task prioritization.
  • Personal skills: proactive communicator, dependable, adaptable, eager to learn, calm under deadlines, collaborative.
Benefits:

This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. The work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mountain Time.
