Job Summary:

The Procurement and Logistics Specialist will be responsible for effectively sourcing, purchasing, and delivering materials and services in a timely manner. This role involves reviewing purchase requests, collaborating with suppliers, managing documentation, and ensuring that deliveries occur on schedule. The specialist will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to meet the daily procurement and logistics needs of the project.

• Process and review purchase requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify potential suppliers and solicit quotations for materials or services as necessary.
• Assist in evaluating quotations and preparing purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to establish delivery timelines and conduct follow-ups on orders.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and in satisfactory condition.
• Maintain procurement records and assist in adhering to project documentation requirements.
• Communicate updates to internal teams regarding order and delivery status.
