Operations Leadership Role

This leadership role oversees the daily operations of outsourcing contracts with clients. The incumbent is responsible for driving overall service levels, transactional efficiency, and cost management.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining adherence to service level agreements on quality, productivity, accuracy, and other defined metrics
  • Driving improvements in service levels, operational efficiencies, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Executing contractual plans for client programs while ensuring compliance with all contractual commitments
  • Maintaining performance according to established objectives and developing internal control systems to ensure accountability

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in BPO or call center management
  • Senior-level experience managing multiple accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop effective teams and individuals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Budgeting and financial planning skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage change and create a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, call center applications, and related technologies
  • Thorough knowledge of call center operations

This role requires flexibility to work long and irregular hours, as well as travel when required.
