About This Role

This role involves working as a Medical Trade Specialist, operating within closely defined parameters and under close supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer-facing roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing sales and planned marketing programs.
  • Making calls on existing or potential customers and serving as the front-line liaison between them and the Company in all matters concerning product and service delivery.
  • Providing information for forecasting market sales.
  • Recognizing and reporting Adverse Events (AE) and ensuring that necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR).

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
  • Field sales work experience.
  • Ability to interpret documents, write routine reports, and correspondence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least three years related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
