Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the organization, including talent recruitment, employee engagement, relevant HR policy revisions, office management and administration, and others assigned by management.
Responsibilities- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Recruit talent pools for project-based employees, ensuring relevant documents are accomplished.
- Develop and refine policies accordingly, implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and employees comply for minimal disruption in operations.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of employee development and training programs that are relevant for employees; provide guidance and support to team members on a wide range of HR-related matters; collaborate with management and teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate HR records.
- Ensure smooth running offices, meeting needs.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite.
- Proactive, critical thinker, and high problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide timely and relevant recommendations for a collaborative and productive environment and culture.
