Job Description

TalentHero is seeking a skilled Component Procurement Staff to handle various aspects of component procurement, including supplier quality management, cost analysis, and development activities.

Main Tasks
  • Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Cost Analysis: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Component Development: Collaborate with suppliers to develop new components and improve existing ones.
Requirements
  1. More than 2 years of experience in component procurement activities in a manufacturing company.
  2. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  3. Hands-on experience in supplier Quality-Cost-Delivery capability enhancement activities is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with market research, benchmarking, supplier development, and auditing activities is an advantage.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering-related fields, or any business-related courses.
