Job Title: Creative Visual Designer

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented visual designer to create visually compelling materials across various mediums, including web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams or clients to develop creative solutions for a variety of materials such as web pages, presentations, marketing collateral, signage, newsletters, and marketing content.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand identity guidelines.
  • Develop original concepts by hand or through software, carefully selecting color schemes, fonts, imagery, and layout to convey ideas effectively.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, ensuring content aligns with best practices for content management systems.
  • Leverage trend intelligence and an understanding of both historical and current markets to create fresh and relevant design work.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe CC).
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, marketing collateral, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
