The role of Graphic Artist is crucial in elevating a brand's visual identity by creating minimalist, elegant graphic designs inspired by Korean and Eastern European aesthetics. The successful candidate will be key in delivering compelling visuals across digital and print platforms that resonate with health-conscious, family-oriented audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement minimalist graphic designs aligned with the brand's identity.\
  • Produce graphics for e-commerce platforms including website banners, product images, social media content, email campaigns, and digital ads.\
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with campaign goals and messaging.\
  • Design packaging, promotional materials, and brand assets that reflect minimalist aesthetics and maintain brand consistency.\
  • Ensure all visuals uphold the company's premium, clean, and modern design standards.\
  • Stay updated on design trends, especially Korean and Eastern European minimalist styles, and incorporate relevant elements.\
  • Continuously refine and evolve the brand's visual storytelling through innovative design.\
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.\
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution of visual assets.\

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.\
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design skills inspired by Korean and Eastern European aesthetics.\
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.\
  • Experience creating visuals for websites, social media, and sales-driven marketing campaigns.\
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of balance, typography, and layout.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team.\
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.\
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.\
  • Passion for minimalist aesthetics and a keen eye for clean, modern design.\
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively.\
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and balance creativity with project management.\

What to Expect

\

This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. You are expected to provide your own computer with Intel Core i5 or higher operating system. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time. Compensation is $7 per hour with no benefits package included.
