We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the onboarding process of contingent workers into AGS, ensuring they meet compliance requirements by designated deadlines.
Main Job Duties- Manage onboarding trackers in real-time to provide timely updates to internal teams
- Perform peer audits of key onboarding checks and complete corrective actions as needed
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders
- Process high volumes of data entry and validation for accuracy in key systems
- Stay up-to-date on compliance check processes and policies set by Allegis Group, clients, and legislation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and information
- Assist with ad-hoc projects within the team as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working in administrative or office roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Oracle packages
- Ability to maintain accurate records and databases
