Operational Excellence Associate Manager

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a talented Operational Excellence Associate Manager to lead our efforts in process improvement and business transformation. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business owners to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive results.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Business Excellence, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in the BPO industry is also desirable.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- • Facilitating process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
• Building and delivering Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coaching on business excellence principles
• Assisting the organization in creating, monitoring, measuring, and analyzing standardized processes
• Providing support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- • Bachelor's Degree or undergraduates with relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting
• Experience in BPO industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or Trained
