School Facilities Coordinator

**Job Responsibilities:**
The School Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school facilities. This includes managing facility, maintenance, general affairs, and other operational functions to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment for students, staff, and guests.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Manage and supervise the school's overall facilities operations and maintenance program
- Ensure implementation of maintenance and repair programs of all company-owned and physical assets and equipment
- Point of contact for government agencies for Environment, Health and Safety
- Functions as the Safety Officer and/or member of the Site Health and Safety Committee
- Tracks facilities service requests and ensures timely completion/closure with high-quality standards
- Supervise and ensure closure of all requests of the operations team and other support groups related to equipment set up, venue, permit processing, and coordination to building admin/security
- Ensures the cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of the school facilities and premises are maintained
- Assigns, supervises, coordinates work, and evaluates performance of pool of janitors and certified/skilled workers that implements regular and continuing maintenance of facilities and utilities
- Ensure the daily maintenance and upkeep of the institution buildings, facilities, and grounds/premises to promote a safe and clean school environment conducive to learning
- Generates, updates, safekeeps, and maintains reports and records of building, critical equipment, supplies, work request, etc status as needed and as required
- Coordinates maintenance services with the school heads to ensure school programs proceed with minimal disruption
- Coordinates with the Dean the planning and the cleaning of the school campus
