Senior Administrative Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. This role involves strong administrative and logistical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation and Procurement: Source commercial furniture from reputable suppliers.
- Project Documentation and Administration: Manage and maintain project files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Material Takeoffs and Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Vendor, Client, and Internal Coordination: Foster strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Logistics and Project Execution: Coordinate and execute projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a project support, administrative, or coordination role.
- Familiarity with notable US commercial office furniture manufacturers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
