About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience leading medium to large-scale global projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to customize, build, and maintain effective project records.

You will identify risks, investigate mitigation plans, and execute change management. Your ability to clearly articulate requirements and project status will be essential in communicating with various levels and audiences.

You will also support the deployment, promotion, and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals, and objectives.

  • Lead the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects
  • Work closely with internal teams and external clients
  • Customize, build, and maintain effective project records
  • Identify risks and execute change management
  • Communicate with various levels and audiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a project management role
  • PMP certification or equivalent relevant experience
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading a project team
  • Expertise with formal presentation software
  • Experience with project management and word processing software, spreadsheet applications
