Job Role
The Sales Admin Specialist plays a critical role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include uploading and downloading transactions such as sales orders from customers, purchase orders to suppliers, and goods arrival notifications. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate records of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices, as well as receiving and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing sales orders and communicating with suppliers and the warehouse department
- Ensuring timely product distribution to customers
- Organizing and maintaining accurate records of quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices
- Providing excellent customer service through prompt response to customer inquiries
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 1-2 years of experience in sales. Your proficiency in processing sales invoices, purchase orders, and PEZA-related matters is essential. Additionally, you should be amendable to attending interviews and able to start work as soon as possible.
