Financial Planning and Analysis Role Overview

The role of a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst is to provide financial expertise and support to the organization, focusing on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation. This position involves working closely with country managers and department heads to analyze and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analyses to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Performance Reviews: Analyze and evaluate performance data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Club Openings, Pricing, ROI Analyses, and Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute club openings, pricing strategies, and ROI analyses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Financial Models and Dashboards: Maintain and improve financial models and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Finance Background: Bachelor's in Finance or related field (CFA/CPA certification a plus).
  • FP&A Experience: At least 3 years' experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; knowledge of Power BI, Netsuite, and Anaplan preferred.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially savvy with strong communication skills in English.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures.
