Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Design Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard engineering policies across various departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead designer for major renovations, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain design templates and policies for new and existing buildings, promoting consistency and excellence in our work.
  • Conduct regular technical audits of existing and constructing sites to identify areas for improvement and optimize our processes.
  • Research and implement new technologies and innovations, preparing case studies for implementation in our business.
Requirements
  • Licensed Interior Designer or Licensed Architect with significant experience in interior design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in designing office/commercial spaces.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work onsite at our head office, located in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
