Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Job Description:

As a Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and distribution operations in assigned areas. This involves planning shipments and deliveries to optimize time, vehicle space, and route.

Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent distribution services are provided to customers. Achieving 100% accuracy in logistics operations from documentation to actual deliveries is crucial, with a guarantee of 100% DIFOT (Delivery In-Full/ On-Time) in each shipment or delivery transaction.

The ideal candidate will also take charge of reviewing monthly invoice monitoring reports, completing transmittal of consolidated blue copy of Charge Invoice to Credit & Collection Department, and preparing formal requests for additional personnel under their department.

Maintaining healthy employee relationships within the department and outside the area of responsibility is essential. The selected candidate will also collaborate with the HRD Performance Management Section to conduct job analysis, define essential functions and competencies, and evaluate work performance according to set standards and criteria.

Achieving these goals requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
