Content Writer Position

LawnStarter is an online platform connecting homeowners with lawn care professionals, making it easy for them to find services and small businesses to acquire customers.

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to create and update informative articles for our customers and support team.

As a Content Writer, you will collaborate closely with our team to develop helpful content that meets the needs of our customers and support team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support or help desk, understand escalation processes and ticket workflows, and be able to write clearly in English.
