Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data architectures for analytics and reporting purposes.
  • Orient data storage solutions for optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior colleagues while providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • Make informed decisions regarding data system design, architecture, and optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Requirements:

  • A degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or backend systems development.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
  • Proven expertise in data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
  • Ability to build scalable data solutions at the enterprise level.
