Job Role Overview

This is a mid-senior level position within the Financial Control Division that involves project support, system enhancements, change requests implementation and processing reviews.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on test scripts, reviewing and validating accounting entries, addressing issues in a timely manner and improving control measures to mitigate risks according to established policies and procedures.

  • Review UAT and validation activities for projects, systems enhancements and fixes impacting FINCON and GL
  • Ensure all FINCON-related issues encountered during UAT are documented and resolved promptly
  • Complete UAT verification tasks on time
  • Review processes and control measures within FINCON as necessary, based on risk impact analysis and team resource capacity
  • Adhere to Risk Management, Security and Information Assurance Policies and Procedures. Maintain strict maker-checker policy for reports and other tasks to strengthen operational control

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years of experience in UAT processes, preferably within the banking industry. Knowledge of Accounting Principles and proficiency in MS Office applications – Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint is also essential.

Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills, be detail-oriented and able to analyze complex information. Proactive communication with all levels of the organization is critical for success in this role.
