Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Monitoring & Incident SRE team. As a key member of our engineering and operations team, you will be responsible for safeguarding system uptime, building world-class observability, leading incident response, and driving reliability across our platform.

This is a high-impact, mission-critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing dashboards, building alerting pipelines, and using automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to quickly identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements that prevent recurrence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding system uptime through proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Designing and implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure timely issue detection and resolution.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide visibility into system performance and behavior.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in system reliability and availability.
  • Leading incident response efforts and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve critical incidents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and SigNoz.
  • Skilled in scripting for automation using Python, TypeScript, or Bash.
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
