Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites, adapting to new requirements as needed.
  • Customize meeting sites per client specifications, including text updates, label modifications, and feature enhancements.
  • Update meeting information, logos, banners, and upload downloadable files to cater to client needs.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms to optimize functionality.
  • Address support cases efficiently via phone, email, or online tools, providing timely solutions.
  • Offer product usage and sales information to clients, enhancing their understanding of our offerings.
  • Analyze and route support cases effectively, streamlining the support process.
  • Conduct client training sessions and perform environmental health checks to ensure optimal site performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours, demonstrating your commitment to the role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, showcasing your independence and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is necessary for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
