Marketing Automation Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead and optimize marketing automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing principles, as well as hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
