Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Creative & Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging presentations, researching and identifying relevant prospects, and assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, marketing, and teamwork to develop their skills and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation Designer – Design visually appealing and professional presentations using Figma Slides, interpret and develop design from briefs or high-level guidance, apply current design trends while maintaining brand consistency, ensure precision and polish with excellent attention to detail, deliver first drafts within one week and final versions within two weeks, manage a regular workload of 2–3 presentations per month, support with email management, task tracking, and basic admin follow-up, maintain a high level of organization and responsiveness, handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensure smooth day-to-day communication and scheduling support.
  • Marketing Support – Research and identify relevant prospects from reliable sources, compile and submit lead lists to the telemarketing team, assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content, follow provided creative direction and adhere to brand tone and voice, understand basic B2B marketing principles and demonstrate strong written English.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Figma Slides with a strong design portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of contemporary design trends.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and reliable.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience in email management, lead research, or marketing admin.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
