About the Role

This technical support position involves hands-on troubleshooting, feature explanations, and best practice guidance for our product. The role requires supporting customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries within agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay updated on evolving technologies and adapt to process changes.
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Share knowledge with the team and assist in training new members.

Your Experience

  • At least 3+ years of technical support experience, primarily supporting via email and chat.

  • Metric-driven, handling high volumes of interactions effectively.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and an even temperament.
